Shvaas does not provide medical advice, mental health counseling, psychotherapy, or any form of clinical treatment. Shvaas is not a licensed mental health provider and should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health care. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Shvaas ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Your use of Shvaas is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Conversations are private and are not used to train AI models. Session transcripts are deleted after insights are extracted.
