Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel good about your subscription. Here is exactly how cancellations and refunds work.

Free Trial

All new accounts receive 3 free sessions with no credit card required. There is no charge during the free trial. After 3 sessions, a subscription is required to continue.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No questions asked.

Refunds

If you were charged and believe the charge was in error, or if Shvaas experienced a significant service outage during your billing period, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request.

We offer refunds in the following situations:

Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

We do not offer refunds for partial months, or for situations where access was available but unused.

How to Request a Refund or Cancel

To cancel: go to your account settings and select "Cancel subscription."

To request a refund: email us at hello@shvaas.app with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Payment Processors

Payments are processed securely by Polar. We do not store your card details. For payment disputes, you may also contact Polar directly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
